I'm Jessica and I live in beautiful Southern Maine with my husband, David. I'm a passionate home cook, trained in the kitchens of both of my grandmothers. I don't subscribe to any particular cooking "doctrine," although I do try to adapt recipes to be as healthy as possible with lots of whole grains and fresh, natural ingredients. I believe that preparing and eating good food is one of the universal pleasures in life. Every culture and class uses food to express love, friendship, and fellowship — and to me — that is something worth celebrating.
